Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cups wheat flour
  2. 1.5 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1 tbsp Cardamom powder
  4. 2 tbsp saunf
  5. Some dry coconut (roughly chopped )
  6. Oil/ghee for deep fry
  7. 2 tbsp ghee for moin
  8. 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take wheat flour, add powdered sugar, saunf, chopped coconut, ghee and Cardamom powder.
  2. Mix well, now make tight dough with milk.
  3. Leave it for 15 minutes for set.
  4. Now make balls of lemon size then press with palm and give thekuwa shape.
  5. Now heat a kadai, add ghee or oil for deep fry all the thekuwa.
  6. Now deep fry , serve when cool down.
