It's himachali dish .Taken along with dal and rice .No onion ,garlic added to it

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Curd -1 bowl
  2. Dry red chilli-2
  3. Jeera-1 tsp
  4. Coriander-1tsp
  5. Turmeric-1/2 tsp
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Garam masala (optional)-1/2 tsp
  8. Mustard oil-1 tbsp
  9. Water 1/4 th cup
  10. Chopped coriander leaves 1-2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan.let it's raw smell goes.then add red chilli,jeera,coriander.
  2. Once they start crackling.Add salt,turmeric,garam masala.cook it few seconds then add 1/4 th cup water .mix well.
  3. Pour the tadka on thick curd
  4. Mix it and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
