Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Keema 1/2 kg
  2. Matar 250 gms
  3. Desi ghee 2 tbsp
  4. Onions 2 medium size
  5. Tomato 2 medium size
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  7. Dalchini 2 flakes
  8. Elaichi 4
  9. Garam masala 1 tsp
  10. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Haldi 1/4 tsp
  12. Cream 1/2 cup
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan .
  2. Put dalchini elaichi in pan
  3. Add onions and fry till it becomes brown
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and fine chopped tomatoes and saute.
  5. Add Keema and cook it for 10 minutes in low flame.
  6. Add matar and cream .
  7. Lid the pan and let it cook for other 15 minutes .
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala.
  9. Serve it with chapati or naan
