Today morning made chole,aaloo methi sabzi ,but chole Sabzi was left as it is ,aaloo Sabzi was also there in little quantity,as I opened my fridge I saw there garlic loaf 3/4 th quantity removed everything and idea came to make out thalipeeth...really the recipe became hit

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. chole Sabzi 1bowl
  2. 3-4 pieces of garlic bread (I had loaf)
  3. 1/2 bowl of aaloo methi Sabzi
  4. 1green chili crushed
  5. salt to taste
  6. oil for shallow fry
  7. 1/2 cup of white corn kernels
  8. finely chopped corriander
  9. 2 tbsp of rice flour

Instructions

  1. gather all the ingredients
  2. in mixer grinder add garlic bread
  3. grind into fine powder
  4. now in same grinder add chole sabzi
  5. add aaloo methi and 1boiled poatato
  6. add boiled potatoes
  7. grind into fine paste
  8. add bread crumbs
  9. add green chulli
  10. add salt
  11. add corn kernels
  12. add rice flour
  13. now bind the dough
  14. add oil to the dough
  15. make it soft dough like
  16. dip your fingers in plain water
  17. take little dough and make it flat
  18. with help of your fingers
  19. make hole in middle
  20. place a tawa on flame
  21. grease with some oil
  22. place thalipeeth on tawa and apply oil
  23. you can fry two-three toghether
  24. shallow fry from both the sides
  25. serve hot with ketchup,chutney and curd
