ABOUT Neeragaram RECIPE

We can easily make this healthy recipe using leftover rice and curd.... It has vitamin B12 which helps to prevent fatigu.. prevent constipation..cures ulcer.. reduce blood pressur. The lactic acid bacteria break down the anti nutritional factors in rice and improve bio availability of micro nutrients and minerals such as iron, potassium and calcium by several thousand percentage points.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover rice
  2. Curd
  3. Salt
  4. Small onion 3
  5. Green chilli 1 ( if need )

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add leftover rice, water and cover with lid and leave it for overnight
  2. Next day morning mash the rice with ladle
  3. Then add salt, curd, chopped small onion and mix well
  4. Add required water and curd to adjust the consistency
  5. Now healthy breakfast is ready
