Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cooked rice 1 cup
  2. Rice flour half cup
  3. jaggery 50 gms
  4. coconut grated 40 gms
  5. ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take cooked leftover rice,rice flour
  2. These cooked rice transfer to the mixy jar make fine paste
  3. Transfer to the bowl mix up flour kneewed as of doe
  4. Heat the pan put jaggery add water keep boil it should get 2 string consistency
  5. Add coconut powder on to jaggery
  6. Mix well add cardom powder
  7. Leave some time to chill then make round coconut rounds
  8. Take rice coat doe make as plain then stuff coconut jaggery close
  9. Once prepare all kozhukattai
  10. Steam upto 15 min
  11. After stream leave 2 min.. ready to serve kozhukattai
