Whatever recipes we do,everyones favorite dish is curd rice.A curd rice with a touch of butter and fruit makes it special bagalabath

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover rice 1 cup
  2. Curd,milk each 1cup
  3. Butter 2 spoons ,salt
  4. For seasoning
  5. Mustard, urad dal
  6. Curry leaf,ginger
  7. Asafeiotida little
  8. Garnishing -pomegranate

Instructions

  1. Ginger,green chillies 2 and curryleaf
  2. Mustard, urad dal and asafeiotida
  3. Add oil in a pan and fry all the above ingredients
  4. Now add curryleaf
  5. Hear the leftover rice slightly grind it by adding salts, butter and milk
  6. Add the curd,seasoning and pomegranate
  7. Your bagalabath is ready
