Kadhai Paneer

Ingredients to make Kadhai Paneer

  • 250 gm paneer cut in cubes, one capsicum cut in cubes, one onion cut in cubes
  • 2 Chopped onions
  • One tomato chopped
  • One bay leaf - four piece of black pepper, one teaspoon zeera and one teaspoon coriander powder
  • One tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 100 gm cream
  • Half cup milk
  • One tsp degi mirch and kashmiri mirch powder
  • Green chilli and fresh coriander
  • One tsp catch kitchen king masala and garam masala
  • salt according to taste

How to make Kadhai Paneer

  1. Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf and zeera in it.
  2. Add chopped onions, fry till golden brown colour.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add chopped tomato when it cooks, then add tomato puree add salt in it.
  5. On the other hand, roast coriander and black Pepper and coarsely grind it.
  6. Now add this powder to the masala and degi mirch powder and kashmiri powder. When oil is separated then add little water and milk.
  7. When gravy becomes thick then add paneer capsicum and onion.
  8. Add 1 tsp catch kitchen king and garam masala.
  9. Finally add fresh cream and coriander.

My Tip:

If you add little cream in the gravy then do not use milk in it. You can also add little sugar for better taste.
