A healthy smoothie which can be made by adding protein powder/peanut butter or chia/ hemp seeds.

  2. Strawberries -3~4 medium chopped
  3. Almond Milk - ½ cup (dairy or non-dairy)
  4. Vegan Protein powder - 1 scoop
  5. Sweetener - as needed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients until they are smooth and even.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate a while and serve as desired.
