About Roti Bada Recipe

Bada made with leftover chapatis is very tasty and easy to make

Roti Bada

Ingredients to make Roti Bada

  • 8-10 chapatis
  • 2 raw banana
  • 1 green chilli
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/3 table spoon termeric powder
  • 1/2 a spoon red chilli powder
  • 1 table spoon raw mango powder
  • 1/2 table spoon garam masala
  • 1/2 table spoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 table spoon cumin seeds
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
  • oil to fry
  • 5-6 finely chopped mint leaves

How to make Roti Bada

  1. Boil the bananas upto 4 whistle and make a fine puree in a jar
  2. Crush the chapatis in a mixer jar
  3. In a bowl add cruahed chapatis and pour the banana puri in it, add all masalas, salt and cumin seeds.
  4. Add coriander leaves, finely chopped green chillis and mint leaves
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and mix it well
  6. Make a soft dough
  7. Rest it for 20 minuts
  8. After that the dough became a little hard.
  9. Make a small size bada and make a hole in center
  10. In a pan heat the oil, and put it in the oli fry it in low medium flame.
  11. Untill become golden brown enjoy the hot crispy chapati bada.

My Tip:

Don't fry it in high flmae, u can also add onion in the dough.
