Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over aloo sabji...1 bowl
  2. Pav bhaji buns....4
  3. Carrot...1
  4. Capsicum...1
  5. French beans...10
  6. Tomato...2
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pav bhaji masala 1 tea spoon
  9. Butter as required

Instructions

  1. Cut pav bhaji buns and roast on a tawa using butter liberally
  2. In a pressure cooker add everything with a ladle ful water except butter and cook to 4 or 5 whistles
  3. Let it cool down on its own
  4. Mash it nicely with potato masher
  5. Mix butter and cook for a minute once again
  6. Enjoy
