Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 300g Rigatoni pasta
  2. 1 cup coriander leaves
  3. 1/2 cup green and red bell peppers
  4. 1 Onion pieces
  5. 2 tbs green onions pieces
  6. 1 tbs green chillies pieces
  7. 1 tsp ginger paste
  8. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  9. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1 tbs oil
  11. 1 tsp cumin powder
  12. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 2 tbs yogurt

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in water until soft.
  2. Drain water and keep aside.
  3. Add coriander leaves in mixie ,add green chillies, ginger and garlic paste,add 2 tbs water and make a paste.
  4. Heat oil in a pot or deep kadhai.
  5. Add cumin seeds ,add veggies. Sauté till Soft.
  6. Add all spices and green paste.
  7. Sauté 1 minute then add yogurt, mix well.
  8. Add boil pasta and mix well.
  9. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, after turn off the flame.
  10. Serve with white sauce and tomato catch up.
