Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Palak bunch 1 freshly cleaned
  2. 1 onion roughly sliced
  3. 1 tomato pieces
  4. Boiled alloo 1 peal diced
  5. Garlic colves 3 finely chopped
  6. Butter 2 cubes
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  9. Permeson cheese 20 gms
  10. Sesimon seeds for garnish


  1. Take palak chopped then put boil water for 2 min then keep into mixer jar
  2. Make puri fresh green
  3. Transfer this palak puri into bowl
  4. Add butter cube,salt,egg ,purpose flour make nice doe
  5. Take a small amount shape it through fork
  6. Heat the pan pour water to boil add pinch salt ,oil these shaped palak pasta
  7. Keep boil for 5 min then strain water
  8. Heat another pan put butter cubes
  9. Once it melts add garlic fri well then add onion
  10. Once onion becomes transparent add tomato peices
  11. Then add potato once potato roasted then add
  12. Mix well the add seasoning salt,pepper,oregano mix
  13. Finally add grated permason cheese mi well
  14. Take out to serving plate garnish with sesamon
  15. Ready to serve
