Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup hung curd or chakka dahi
  2. 1/2 cup chopped and roasted onions
  3. 1/2 cup kaju broken into pieces
  4. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  5. 1+1/2 cup grated paneer
  6. Salt ,garam masala red chilli powder 1 tsp each
  7. 1tbsp coriender leaves chopped
  8. 1tbsp grated ginger n chopped green chillies
  9. For coating :
  10. Bread crumbs
  11. oil fr frying


  1. Hang curd for 4 to 5 hrs .
  2. Then combine all the ingredients in a bowl mix well make a soft dough
  3. Divide the dough in to 8 to 10 portions
  4. Then take a portion of the dough shape it round ball
  5. Roll over bread crumbs
  6. Keep it in fridge for half an hour
  7. Then deep fry in hot oil on medium flame
  8. Drain all in absorbent paper
  9. Serve with chutney or sauce of ur choice
