Ingredients: dinner rolls or buns - 5; fresh paneer/ cottage cheese, grated - 1/2 cup; potatoes, medium (boiled and grated) - 1 cup; capsicum, finely chopped - 1/2 cup; onion, finely chopped - 1/4 cup; Sweet corn - 1/4 cup; green chilly, finely chopped - 2 (optional); cheese, grated - 1/2 cup; Oregano - 1 tsp; curry leaves, finely chopped - 1 tbsp; Jeera Powder - 1/4 tsp; Garam masala - 1/4 tsp; chaat masala -1/4 tsp; red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp; Salt to taste; Butter as required

ABOUT Veg Grill Sandwich Burger RECIPE

A few dinner rolls or buns were lying in my pantry and I did not want to make burgers. Suddenly I thought, why not make some sandwich burger out of it and here I am. It was too yummy and easy. No one can eat just one...... Tadda:))

Ingredients Serving: 4

dinner rolls or buns - 5
fresh paneer/ cottage cheese, grated - 1/2 cup
potatoes, medium (boiled and grated) - 1 cup
capsicum, finely chopped - 1/2 cup
onion, finely chopped - 1/4 cup
Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
green chilly, finely chopped - 2 (optional)
cheese, grated - 1/2 cup
Oregano - 1 tsp
curry leaves, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
jeera Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
chaat masala -1/4 tsp
red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
butter as required

Instructions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except buns and butter. Keep aside.
Take a bun. Cut it into equal halves. Take 2 tbsp of the filling and place on the sliced bun. Place another slice of bun over it.
Apply butter on both the sides on the buns and place on the toaster to grill.
Serve warm with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
