ABOUT Spicy Fish Macroni with cheese & sweet corn RECIPE

Cooked macroni tawa tossed with sweet corn, tomatos green onions and spices then baked with spiced Rohu and cheese. A mix of Indian and Italian spices give this dish a nice flavour and taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked macroni 4 cups
  2. Rohu fish fillets (or pices of middle portion) 4
  3. Sweet corn 1cup
  4. Green onion 2 chopped
  5. Tomato Medium size 1
  6. Chopped garlic 2 pod
  7. Lemon juice 1 table spoon
  8. Ginger garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Onion powder 3/4 teaspoon
  10. Nutmeg powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Origano 2 teaspoon
  12. Italian seasoning 2 teaspoon
  13. Chopped chillies 2
  14. Cilli flex 1 teaspoon
  15. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  16. Salt as required
  17. Cheese roughly chopped process cheese or mozzarella or processed cheese slice 50-70 g
  18. Vegetable oil


  1. Rub fishes with termaric and salt
  2. Rub fishes with lemon juice , add onion powder, ginger and garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon origano, little Italian seasoning and nutmeg, black pepper powder powder chopped onions and leave it for 30 minutes.
  3. In the mean time heat vegetable oil and add onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic and stir. Add sweet corn mix
  4. Add cooked macroni and toss it mix 1 teaspoon origano, Italian seasoning, chopped chillies, Red cilli flex black pepper and salt.
  5. Keep aside the tossed macroni. Then in a pan heat vegetable oil or butter add fish pieces lightly fry.
  6. Grease the baking tray with oil, spread macroni evenly. Place fishes on top
  7. Spread cheese all over .
  8. Preheat oven at 200°C for 10 minutes and bake the fish macroni for 16 minutes.
  9. Serve hot
