Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Desiccated coconut 250 gms
  2. Desiccated coconut 50 gms
  3. milkmaid 200 GMs
  4. Gulkand 100gms
  5. Rose red colour few drops

Instructions

  1. Dry roast coconut on low flame for 10 mins.
  2. Remove from pan and keep aside.
  3. In that pan put gulkand and let it melt for a minute or two.
  4. Now add milkmaid to this.
  5. Put 2-3 drops of rose red colour and mix well. It should remain pink in colour. Not red.
  6. Now gradually keep on adding coconut (250 gms) to this mixture.
  7. Remove from fire and let it cool.
  8. Now make small laddoos and keep aside.
  9. In a bowl take 50 gms of coconut and mix few drops of red colour to it too.
  10. Coat all laddoos with this pink coloured coconut.
  11. Ready to eat.
