Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2cup rice
  2. 1/4 cup groundnuts (phalidana)
  3. 1tsp cumin seed
  4. 6-7 cloves (laung)
  5. 1tsp cinnamon crushed
  6. 2 table spoon oil
  7. salt as per taste
  8. 4 cup water *( depends on rice)

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the ricr
  2. Now heat the pressure cooker add oil in it and cumin cinnamon cloves and groundnuts let the nuts be golden now add rice saute it add salt and water in it.
  3. Pressure cook it generally it requires 2 whistles
  4. Lets cooker cool down serve the rice with kadhi
