Ingredients to make Stylish fruit chaat

  • apples 2 - 3
  • banana 3 - 4
  • Kiwis 5 - 6
  • grapes as per requirement
  • Red cherries a few
  • pineapple pieces a few
  • Any other fruits you like
  • pepper and salt as per taste
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • sugar 3 tbsp

How to make Stylish fruit chaat

  1. Take a large bowl cut all the fruits like bananas, apples, grapes, kiwia pineapple etc. And all other fruits you want in chunks or cubes.
  2. Add 3 - 4 tbsp sugar, pepper, salt and lemon juice from 2 lemons.
  3. Mix and toss it well without crushing them.
  4. Take wooden skewers (used in tikkas) and one by one add the fruit cubes in a very colourful manner in the skewers.
  5. Fix these fruit skewers in a foil balls to prevent them from falling and make them look more presentable.
  6. And now just present them before your guests.

My Tip:

Add cherries on top to make it look more colourful.
