ABOUT Cheesy pasta muffins RECIPE

In my recipe I made pasta muffins using maggi pasta.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup boiled pasta (salted)
  2. 1/2 cup greeted processed cheese
  3. For white sauce:
  4. 2 tbsp butter
  5. 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  8. 2 tbsp greeted cheese
  9. Salt (according to taste)
  10. For red gravy:
  11. 2 tbsp butter
  12. 1 chopped onion
  13. 1/2 chopped capsicum
  14. 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
  15. 4 tomatoes ( boiled puree)
  16. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  17. 1 tsp sugar
  18. 1 tsp chili flakes
  19. 1 tsp oregano
  20. Salt (according to taste)

Instructions

  1. To make white sauce heat pan, add butter and all purpose flour and mix it well, cook it for a minute, now add milk slowly and continue to stirring, add salt, black pepper and cheese, mix it well. Switch off the gas.
  2. For red gravy, add butter in a pan, add onion and cook it for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree, tomato sauce, sugar, chilli flakes, oregano, capsicum,sweet corn and salt, cook it till the gravy becomes thick consentancy.
  3. Arrange the pasta in muffin tray, fill white sauce in it, pour red gravy on it and add cheese on the top. Bake it on 180d for 15 to 20 min in preheated oven.
