Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Chicken 1kg
  2. Onions 2 big
  3. Tomatoes 2 medium size
  4. Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  5. Whole garam masalas few
  6. Curd 1 cup
  7. Salt as required
  8. Oil 5 tbsp
  9. Ghee 3 tbsp
  10. Cashews few
  11. Basmati rice 1kg

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the rice
  2. In a wide pan heat oil add whole garam masalas then add chicken
  3. Fry it nicely till it turns golden brown
  4. Then add finely sliced onions saute it till it turns color
  5. Now add gg paste saute it for 2 mts now add finely sliced tomatoes
  6. Cook till it's mushy
  7. Add curd and saute for few minutes add salt
  8. Now add water 1:2 ratio when it starts boiling add the soaked rice
  9. When the rice is cooked 90 percent add ghee and fried cashews
  10. Simmer the flame leave for 10 minutes dum
  11. Serve it hot
