Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 70g Maggi Pazzta packet - any flavour
  2. 1 cup or more enchiladas sauce
  3. 4-5 Flour Tortillas
  4. 3/4 Cup cooked Black Beans
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  7. 2 tbsp olive oil
  8. 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
  9. 4-5 green chillies finely chopped
  10. 1.5 cups grated cheese ( Mozzarella/ Cheddar or Parmesan)
  11. 2 tbsp cilantro to garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg and grease rectangular or square dish
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute until tender
  3. Add green chillies and saute for few seconds
  4. Add cooked beans, salt and pepper. Mix well. Saute for 2 minutes. Switch off and keep it aside
  5. Cook Maggi Pazzta as per package instructions and keep it aside
  6. For homemade Enchiladas sauce please refer to my earlier Recipe
  7. Place tortilla on plate and apply enchiladas sauce evenly
  8. Add spoonful of black beans and Maggi Pazzta mixture
  9. Now add 1 tbsp grated cheese on top
  10. Roll tortillas tightly and place them on greased baking dish
  11. Pour remaining enchiladas sauce all over evenly
  12. Sprinkle remaining cheese all over. Bake for 14-18 minutes
  13. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm
