Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat Spirali Pasta - 1 cup
  2. Plain Penne Pasta - 1 cup
  3. Peas - 75gms
  4. Capsicum- 100gms
  5. Onion - 100gms
  6. Olive oil - 100ml
  7. Jaggery - 50gms (for caramel)
  8. Grated Coconut - 50gms
  9. Corriender Seeds - 50gms

Instructions

  1. Boil water with a little oil and salt to taste and allow it to boil, now add pasta to cook.
  2. Dry saute in a pan jeera,red chilli,coriander seeds, grated coconut . And keep it aside to chill
  3. Melt jaggery with a spoon of water in hot flame, keep aside to chill.
  4. Now grind the step 2 sauted ingredients into a fine powder.
  5. Saute in olive oil this fine powder and add cooked spiral pasta, maggi tomato sauce,maggi green chilli sauce, and white cream. This will be topping of one side pizza.
  6. Add the melted jaggery in a hot pan, add penne white pasta to caramelize it for 2 second. Then remove from the pan.
  7. Add the cheese as an outer ring on the pizza .Add the pizza topping sauce mentioned in secret sauce around the edges of the pizza as second ring towards inner side of cheese ring.
  8. Keep the whole wheat pasta in the shape of 'X' and add the caramelised pasta to the remaining part of the pizza.
  9. Add fried peas, capsicum and grated cheese on top of this pasta. Bake it in an oven for 3 mins at 100 degree
