Ingredients to make Manochee Maggie Pasta

  • 1 bowl Maggie boiled Pasta
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 spinach Leaves
  • 2 whole green chillies
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • half cup of grated cheese
  • 1/2teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 150 gm. Refined oil
  • 1 teaspoon Corriander leaves
  • 6 chopped cloves
  • 1/4teaspoon Mixed Herbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano

How to make Manochee Maggie Pasta

  1. First of all wash and cut all vegetables according to your requirement.
  2. Keep a sauce pan with 2 glass of water when it starts boiling then put a pinch of salt and whole Maggie Pasta in it for 5-7 minutes and then strain water with the help of strainer.
  3. Break 2 eggs take out eggs white and make a batter with the help of spoon.
  4. Now put boiled Maggie Pasta in egg batter with little salt, grated cheese, black and red pepper.Mix it properly.
  5. Take a small bowl put 2 tablespoon of Cornflour and make thick batter with little water.
  6. Keep pan with oil on cooking gas and when it becomes hot dip Whole Spinach leave in it and then in hot oil & take it out when it dries.
  7. Now take green chillies, make cut in the center dip it in egg batter and fry them.
  8. Take another small pan put a teaspoon of oil with chopped garlic and chopped onions. When it changes it's colour then put tomatoes with little salt and red chillies. Stir them and switch of gas after 3-4 minutes until it's properly cooked.
  9. Now in same pan in which we fried spinach and chillies,take out extra oil and pour that Maggie Pasta batter in it make space in the center and put egg yolks in it and let it cooked.
  10. Take it out in a serving plate, garnish it with Oregano and mixed herbs with all fried spinach and chillies with sauces.

My Tip:

Always boil Pasta in boiling water with little salt in it. After straining water apply 1/2 teaspoon of oil on it.
