This is best combination boiled potato with spices stuffed in capsicum rings ..its really yummm

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 1/4 kg capsicum
  2. 150gms potato
  3. Half tsp amchur
  4. 1 tsp Kashmiri chill powder
  5. Half tsp turmeric powder
  6. Half tsp jeera powder
  7. Half tsp daniya powder
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Butter 3 cubes
  10. Chopped coriander half cup

Instructions

  1. Boil potato at 20 min once it's boiled
  2. Check with the fork dip the potato should be soft
  3. Take potato peal it , capsicum cut like slices
  4. Take a bowl put potato and all spices powder add it
  5. Smash it nicely add coriander mix well
  6. Take capsicum ring stuff the potato mixture
  7. Heat tavva add butter place the stuffer capsicum rings
  8. Fri well both sides
  9. Once fried it take out plate ready to serve
