This is a authentic rajasthani dish which is used as a dip for any snacks items

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 50gm peeled garlic cloves
  2. 50gm dry red chilli
  3. Juice of 1 lemmon
  4. 1/2 cup sour curd
  5. Hing 1pinch
  6. Mustard seeds 1tsp
  7. Oil 2 tbsp
  8. Sugar 1tsp
  9. Salt 1tsp


  1. Soak the dry chillis for half an hour
  2. Then mix garlic & red chilli grind & make a paste
  3. Heat a frying pan add oil
  4. Add mustard seeds to the oil
  5. Then add chilli garlic paste to the pan
  6. Add sugar curd & salt & saute for 5 minutes
  7. At last add lemmon juice mix well & off the gas
  8. Let it cool & store it in fridge for 8/10 days
  9. Use when you need & serve with parantha samosa kachori etc.
