Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 gram tomatoes
  2. Curry leaves 1/3cup
  3. 10 dried red chillies
  4. 2 spoon fennel seeds
  5. 1 spoon musterd seeds
  6. 1 spoon fenugreek seeds
  7. 1/2 spoon termeric powder
  8. 1 spoon red chilli powder
  9. salt as per taste
  10. 1/2 cup pickle masala
  11. 1 cup oil


  1. In a pan heat the oil
  2. Add fennel and musterd seeds when splutter add curry leaves and dried red chillies
  3. Cut the tomatoes in small pieces
  4. Add tomatoes and close the lid
  5. After 5 minuts add termeric powder and red chilli powder
  6. Add salt and pickle masala mix it well
  7. When the oil comes to upper surface off the gas
  8. You can store it atleast for 1 week, store in fridge
