Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For gravy ::
  2. Onion 2 roughly chopped
  3. Tomato 4 Roughly chopped
  4. Garlic cloves 2 tspn chopped
  5. Oil 2+1 tbspn
  6. Cumin seeds 1 tspn
  7. asafoetida 1/4 tspn
  8. Ginger 1 tspn chopped
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Degi mirch 1 tspn
  11. Coriander powder 1 tspn
  12. Garam masala 1 tspn
  13. Fresh malai 2 tbspn
  14. Sugar 1 tspn
  15. Paneer 2 tbspn diced
  16. Frozen peas 2 tbspn
  17. Capsicum 2 tbspn small diced
  18. Fresh malai 2 tbspn
  19. Sugar 1 tspn
  20. For Stuffing ::
  21. Tomato 3
  22. Potato 1 Boiled
  23. Paneer grated 2+1 tbspn
  24. Frozen peas 2 tspn
  25. Onion 2 tspn chopped
  26. Green chilly 1 chopped
  27. Salt 1/4 tspn
  28. Black pepper 2 pinch

Instructions

  1. For gravy ::
  2. Heat oil in a wok crackled cumin seeds , asafoetida . Add garlic and cook some then add onions and cook untill golden brown .
  3. Add ginger and tomato cook until leaves oil then add all spices and cook for some time then off the gass . Let it some cool ...
  4. For Stuffing ::
  5. Add grated paneer , peas , onion , green chilly, salt ,black pepper into mashed potatoes and mix well .
  6. Now take Tomatoes and cut from the top and deseeded them make empty shells like cups . Shown into pics .
  7. Fill these shells with ready stuffing and spread some grated paneer on top then press with finger .
  8. Now steam these stuffed tomatoes into micro or on gass . I steamed on gass for 5 minutes . Shown into pic
  9. Now gravy mixture will become cool . Transfer it into grinder . Grind and make paste .
  10. Again put 1 tbspn oil into wok and cook this gravy paste until leaves the oil .
  11. When it leaves the oil then add fresh malai and stirr continuesly until malai leaves oil.
  12. When malai leaves oil then add 1 cup water and mix well .
  13. When water starts boiling then add dices paneer and frozen peas and capsicum . Cook for 2 -3 minutes . Off the flame . Our gravy is ready
  14. Put the steamed tomatoes into gravy .. Ready yummy yummy tangy steamed stuffed tomato curry
