Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup fresh curd
  2. 1 cup amul cream
  3. Salt acc to taste
  4. black pepper accd to taste
  5. jeera powder accd to taste
  6. 1tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. First hung the curd in muslin cloth at least for 1 hr
  2. Afterwords in a bowl add hung curd amul cream mix it gently till it peaks add salt,pepper,jeera powder,lemon juice mix it well and set in fridge for 10 mins
  3. Serve it
