Ingredients to make Brushchetta

  • 1 loaf baguette
  • 2 medium tomatoes(chopped)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 7 to 8 leaves of fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cucumber (chopped)
  • Few leaves of rosemary herb
  • Salt and black pepper powder to taste

How to make Brushchetta

  1. In a bowl mix tomatoes, cucumber, basil, rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper and mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes
  3. Slice the baguette loaf diagonally, into thick slices and lightly toast the slices until they are light brown on both sides.
  4. Now serve the mixture on the warm slices of bread and enjoy.

My Tip:

Taking care not to mash or break up the tomatoes too much.
