Cooked chickpeas mixed half cooked salad is so tasty and healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  2. Cooking oil 1/2 tsp
  3. Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  4. Red chilli 1/2
  5. Green chilli 1
  6. Carrot grated 1/4 cup
  7. Cucumber finely chopped 1/4 cup
  8. Cooked chickpeas 1/4 cup
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Coconut gratings 2 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD GRATED COCONUT AND CUCUMBER INTO SEASONING OF COOKING OIL, MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL AND CHILLI
  2. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, SALT TO TASTE AND COOKED BLACK CHICKPEAS, COOK IN LOW FLAME FOR 2 MINUTES
  3. TAKE OFF FLAME, THEN ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND COCONUT GRATINGS, MIX AND SERVE
