Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk - 500gms
  2. Samak rice flour (vrat rice) - 2 tbsp
  3. Mixed fruit (apple,banana and pomegranate) - 1 bowl chopped
  4. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Roughly chopped cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
  6. Raisins - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
  2. Once boiled,keep it in a low flame.
  3. Stir in between thickening the milk.
  4. Mix samak rice flour (vrat rice flour) in half cup of cold milk.
  5. Add this milk in the thick milk and mix well.
  6. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  7. Add mixed fruits and roughly chopped cashew nuts and raisins and mix well.
  8. Serve chilled.
