Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Eggs 6
  2. Milk 1/4 cup
  3. Sugar as per your taste
  4. Ghee 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a wide pan add eggs milk and sugar and mix it well
  2. Cook on medium flame when it gets cooked now add ghee and stir for 2 mts
  3. And serve it in room temperature
  4. It's a good side dish for rotis also
