Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. chicken 100 gm
  2. Carrot diced 1 whole
  3. Cauliflower 8 -10 florets ( clean in warm salt water)
  4. Baby potatoes 8 to 10 numbers
  5. Lemon 1 whole
  6. Handful of sweet corn kernels
  7. Coriander 1 cup
  8. Stalk should be saved
  9. Onion 1 chopped
  10. Ginger garlic paste of 5 cloves of garlic and 1 inch ginger
  11. Besan 1 tablespoon.
  12. Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Clean and marinate the Chixken with salt, pepper and lemon juice of half of the lemon.
  2. In a pressure cooker add all the veggies except onion and coriander and the marinated chicken some salt put sufficient water and pressure cook it.
  3. In a pan heat oil cook the onion with little bit of salt till translucent, add the ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell is gone. Now add besan cook till it releases nice aroma.
  4. Now add the boiled veggied and the Chicken from the pressure cook along with the broth add the coriander stalk, half of coriander leaves, black pepper and bring it to boil.
  5. As it reacheas you desired consistency add lemon juice add rest of the coriander leaves mix it abd swirchoff the gas.
