Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 tbsp ghee
  2. 2.5 cups Mawa/ Khoya
  3. 2 tbsp Hershey Chocolate syrup
  4. 2 tbsp Hershey's caramel syrup


  1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add 11/4 cup Mava.
  2. Saute until mawa starts melting over low heat. Switch off
  3. Add Caramel syrup and mix well. Mava should be well coated with syrup
  4. Saute until mix starts leaving sides of the pan, keep it aside
  5. Repeat the same process with remaining mava, ghee and add chocolate syrup and mix well
  6. Grease Modak moulds with ghee. Knead both the mixture well
  7. Press Caramel chocolate mixture into moulds and shape as desired
  8. Transfer to serving plate. Serve
