Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup chopped apple
  3. 2 tblspn kesar milk
  4. 1/2th cup milkmaid
  5. 1/4th cup curd
  6. 1 tspn cardamom powder
  7. 1 tspn baking powder
  8. 1/2 tspn baking soda
  9. Milk malai 1/2 cup
  10. Apple balls and pomegranate pearls for garnish


  1. Take a bowl add curd and milkmaid and whisk together lump free
  2. Now add buckwheat flour and mix thoroughly
  3. Now add kesar milk and cardamon powder
  4. Lastly add chopped apple
  5. Now add baking powder and baking soda
  6. Mix all together
  7. Transfer in paper cups
  8. Preheat oven in 180℃ for 5 minutes
  9. Bake for 10 minutes
  10. After cool garnish with homemade milk malai
  11. Garnish with apple ball and pomegranate pearls
