A quick and delicious sweet dish which is light and creamy in taste

Water Chestnut and Rice Flour Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients to make Water Chestnut and Rice Flour Chocolate Pudding

  • Milk 1 litre
  • Fresh water chestnut 500 gms
  • Rice flour 1/2cup
  • sugar 1/2cup
  • cardamom powder 1/2tsp
  • Yellow colour (optional) 1/4tsp
  • White chocolate 250gms

How to make Water Chestnut and Rice Flour Chocolate Pudding

  1. Boil milk
  2. Peel water chestnut
  3. Puree waterchestnut in a mixi
  4. Add rice flour and blend again
  5. Add the paste in milk and cook on low heat stirring constantly
  6. Add sugar
  7. When it is thick add cardamom, colour and chopped white chocolate
  8. The chocolate will melt and give a creamy texture to the pudding
  9. Chill and serve

My Tip:

You can omit chocolate if you do not want... It taSte yumm
