Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 tbsp of plain oats
  2. Urad Dal Powder (100 gms)
  3. Kishmish (20 gms)
  4. imli chutney
  5. Green mint chutney
  6. Chaat masala
  7. oil for frying
  8. 1 bowl of curd
  9. pepper & Jeera (crushed coarsely)
  10. salt
  11. For Garnishing:
  12. 2 tbsp of cornflakes
  13. Small cubes of cucumber (1 spoon)
  14. 2 tbsp onion (chopped finely)
  15. 2-3 red cherries (diced)

Instructions

  1. Make a thick batter of soaked Quaker Oats, Urad Dal powder, kishmish, salt, Pepper & Jeera & keep aside for half an hour. Heat oil and fry like Vada. Keep on tissue to soak extra oil. Now in a plate, add Vada, sprinkle dahi, and both chutneys.
