Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup sabudana
  2. 2 cups Idli Rava ,( idli suji )
  3. 1 teaspoon in Salt
  4. 2cups sour curd (not thick curd)


  1. take sabudana Idli Rava in a bowl.
  2. soak sabudana Idli rava in curd,
  3. Keep it for whole night
  4. next day morning add salt.
  5. Add baking soda,
  6. mix well,
  7. If required add little water
  8. In idli trays , put idli batter.
  9. heat cooker with one glass of water
  10. Keep sabudana idli trays in cooker
  11. Keep Cooker on high flame.
  12. Let it boil for 10minutes.
  13. Remove from flame, take, out idlis from trays
  14. Serve with coconut chutney.
