Ingredients to make Water chestnuts cake

  • Singhara flour 1 cup
  • Powder sugar 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tbs
  • baking soda 1/2 tbs
  • dates 10
  • Fig 5-6
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Desi ghee 1/3 cup

How to make Water chestnuts cake

  1. Soak date and fing in warm milk , 1 hour
  2. It become soft now blend it smoothly , there will be a crush of fig and dates give the brown colour .
  3. Take a mixing bowl add singhada flour baking powder baking soda , and suger mix it well
  4. Now add wet mixture . mix it throughoutly
  5. Preheat the microvave
  6. Greese the cake tin pour the batter
  7. Tap and bake it 180° for 20-25 minute
  8. Fasting cake is ready insert the toothpick
  9. Cake is ready cut it and serve
  10. U can decorate it with dedicate coconut
