Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup fresh pineapple
  2. 1 red bell pepper diced
  3. 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  4. 1 avocado diced
  5. Cooked shrimp as per taste
  6. 2 limes, juiced
  7. Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook shrimps in a dash of garlic oil seasoned with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
  2. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients together.
  3. Add the juice of the limes and toss.
  4. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
