Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Roasted Gram 1/2 cup
  2. Peanuts 1/2 cup
  3. Jaggery 1/4 cup
  4. Dry fruit powder 1 tsp
  5. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Ghee 5 tsp


  1. In pan dry roast the dal for 5 min.
  2. Grind it into fine powder
  3. After grind peanuts and jaggery into powder
  4. In bowl add grounded powders, cardamom powder,dry fruit powder mix well
  5. In pan heat ghee add powder fry it for 2 min.add 2 TSP of extra ghee.roll it into balls.
  6. Healthy nut balls is ready to eat
