Shrikhand is a traditional sweet dish from Gujarat and Maharashtra. It is prepared from hung curd. Usually it is flavoured with cardamom,saffron,nutmeg etc but i have tried give a fruity flavour with Hersheys strawberry syrup.
I really want to try this.
