About Strawberry kheer in chocolaty tart Recipe

Here is my litle inovation using hershey's syrups , and a simple kheer become more delicious, my family love the taste of strawberry syrup with the kheer , filled in no bake tart in which i use hersheys chocolate flavour syrup , so let us start

Strawberry kheer in chocolaty tart

Ingredients to make Strawberry kheer in chocolaty tart

  • For strawberry kheer
  • 1 litre full fat milk
  • 1/2 cup basmati rice
  • 1/4 cup hersheys strawberry syrup
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cardmom powder
  • Sliced almond
  • For no bake tart
  • 20 marie biscuits
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup hersheys chocolate syrup

How to make Strawberry kheer in chocolaty tart

  1. Rinese 1 /2 cup basmati rice 4-5 times, till the water comes clear, now soak tne rice for 15 minutes
  2. Meantime take milk in a heavy pan or in a kadai
  3. Keep the flame medium low a stir with intervals, so milk does not stick at the bottom of pan
  4. When milk begins to boil , drain all the water from ricd and add it into boiling milk and mix well
  5. When rice cook till 50 % add sugar as required , or it can be skipped as we will add strawberry syrup for sweetness
  6. When kheer become thick add cardmom powder and chopped almond
  7. Cook the till desired thickness , (make it little more thick than regular kheer )
  8. Switch of the flame , let it cool on room tempreture, add hershey sbstrawberry syrup and then put into fridge to chill
  9. Now let us start making tart , for this grind the marie biscuits into a mixer jar
  10. Add melted butter and hersheys syrup into it and mix well together
  11. Now grease the tart mould and fill it with biscuit buttet mixture and press to give shape of tart , press with a small bowl to make a bowl shape to tart
  12. Put into fridger for about 10 minutes
  13. Remove the tart from mould , fill it with kheer , garnish with some chopped almond drizzle some straeberry syrup on the top
  14. Put a cherry on the top and serve it, our strawberry kheer with chocolate tart is ready to eat ,enjoy
