Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken -1 bowl
  2. Desicated coconut-1 smal bowl
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ghee-3tbsp
  5. Oil-1bsp
  6. Melon seeds-1tbsp
  7. White khus khus-1tbsp
  8. White sesame seeds-1tbsp
  9. Cream-200ml
  10. Chicken masala powder-1tbsp
  11. Onions-3medium
  12. Tomato -2
  13. Coriander leaves-1cup
  14. Mint leaves -1cup
  15. Cashew nut-10 nos
  16. Whole Garam masala-1bowl
  17. Garam masala powder-1tbsp
  18. Lemon -1tbsp
  19. Red chilly powder as per spice
  20. Ginger paste-1tbsp
  21. Garlic paste-1tbsp
  22. Yogurt-3tbsp
  23. Coal for smoke

Instructions

  1. Take a vessel heat it, add desicated coconut, til, onions, coriander, mint leaves, melon seeds, turmeric powder and saute it till the raw smell goes cool it and make a fine paste of it
  2. Mean while marinate chicken with yogurt, cream, chilly powder, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, little mint leaves, little and lemon juice set aside for 20min.
  3. Take a wok heat it add ghee add whole garam masalas add the roasted paste and cook till its brown in color add chopped tomatoes saute well add the marinated chicken cook till its tender add salt as per taste add red chilly powder garam masala powder, chicken masala powder saute well finally add cashew paste and bring to boil, garnish with mint n coriander leaves atlast give a smoke of coal korma is ready to eat serve with baigara rice

looks like such an authentic recipe..can i use this for making mutton as well?
