Instructions

  1. Let's assemble all the ingredients.
  2. In a pressure cooker take boneless chicken, to this add ginger garlic paste 1.5tsp, red chilli 1.5tsp, Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp, salt 2 tsp and 3/4th cup water. Cook this until you get three whistles.

  4. In a pan take 2 tbsp oil, when it becomes hot on high flame put cumin and fennel seeds. Let them crackle.
  5. Into this add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste 1.5 tsp and 1 chopped green chilli. Saute this very well.
  6. When the onion turns pink and translucent add red chilli powder 1.5 tsp, turmeric powder 1.5 tsp and garam masala. Saute this well on medium flame.
  7. Into this add the shredded chicken and salt. Mix everything very well.
  8. Now add boiled mashed potatoes and chopped Coriander leaves. Nicely mix all the things and cook for about 3 mins and turn-off the flame.
  9. Now our chicken mixture is ready.
  10. Now in a bowl take grated cheese, chopped mint and green chilli.
  11. Mix this well and keep aside for inner filling.
  12. Take little chicken mix and flaten it then in between keep the cheese mix.
  13. Roll it into a nice oval ball.
  14. Take each ball dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
  15. In a deep pan take oil for frying. When the oil is hot put the balls one by one and fry until golden brown.
