Pan fried Mutton seekh kebab

Ingredients to make Pan fried Mutton seekh kebab

  • 1/2 kg mutton/lamb mince ( wash and completely drain water keeping it in colander) 
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin and coriander roasted and crushed
  • 2 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 2 whole red chilly
  • 1 big onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
  • salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • oil for shallow fry
  • Coal for smoke

How to make Pan fried Mutton seekh kebab

  1. In a chopper add onion,whole red chilly and green chilli paste and chop..
  2. Than add mince and all masala and chop for few mins
  3. Now take it out in bowl and add lemon juice, chopped coriander and egg mix well..
  4. Shape them in Seekh kebab, if needed apply some oil on palm.
  5. Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Later, In frying pan add oil and fry Seekh kebab for few mins.
  7. than cover and let it get cook in its own water.
  8. when done increase the flame and fry from both sides turning rapidly so it will get good colour.
  9. When all done give them charcoal smoke.. For this lit coal first when its turn red.
  10. Carefully Pick it up with the help of tong and put between Kebabs on foil and drizzle a spoon of oil and cover.
  11. After 5 mins discard coal  and serve hot seekh kebab with green chutney.
