Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi flour 1 cup
  2. Jaggery 1/2 cup
  3. Banana 1
  4. Ghee4 tsp
  5. Choco powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt pinch


  1. In bowl add ragi flour,salt,coco powder.mix it well
  2. In pan heat jaggery with water after 5 min.strain it and again boil it
  3. Boil it for 10 min.and then add then jaggery syrup to flour.now add mashed banana.mix like thick dosa batter consistency
  4. In tawa pour ragi batter.add ghee in corners.cook on both sides
  5. Yummy tasty healthy choco ragi pancake is ready
