ABOUT Paan Flavoured Raisins RECIPE

Every party is incomplete without some mukhwaas.What better way to treat your guest with some Paan flavoured natural mouth freshner.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raisins 250 grms
  2. Paan Beatel leaves 8 to 10 (prefer calcutta)
  3. Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  4. Polo 3 to 4 powdered

Instructions

  1. Take the Paan leaves wash and pat dry them on a kitchen towel.Place another kitchen towel over the leaves and let them dry I'm shade.
  2. Generally a day is required.
  3. Tawa roast the fennel seeds
  4. Grind the dry pan leaves along with fennel seeds and set aside
  5. Microwave the raisins for 30secs
  6. Immediately add the paan and fennel mixture and toss the raisins
  7. Finally add the powdered polo and toss once again
  8. Store in a airtight jar

can we add crystal peppermint instead of polo, and is there any way to store peppermint flavour in raisin for a longer time in raisin.
