Cheesy potato croquetts

Ingredients to make Cheesy potato croquetts

  • potato 6
  • corn kernels 1/2 cup
  • chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • chilly flakes 3/4 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup + for coating
  • Cheese 50 gm sliced into rectangular
  • maida 2 tbsp
  • water 2 tbsp
  • salt as needed
  • oil for frying

How to make Cheesy potato croquetts

  1. Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker till 5 to6 pressure, let the whistle release itself, let it cool then peel and mash it.
  2. Boil corn kernels in steel vessel with sufficient water ,then drain it and keep aside.
  3. Now in mixing bowl add all mashed potatoes,salt, chilly flakes,chopped coriander leaves and bread crumbs.
  4. Mix all together like a dough.
  5. Take some part from it and roll it, put 1 cheese slice in it,s real it and again roll it.
  6. Now mix maida in water and maje medium paste, roll croquettes in it .
  7. Coat well with breadcrumbs.
  8. Make all croquettes like this way and keep refrigerated for 1 hour .
  9. 1 hour later deep fry in hot oil till crisp and golden.
